Achy Joints

This cold weather is serving to remind some of us of old injuries as well as the consequences of poor diet and exercise.  Some very simple remedies from the kitchen.  There are many spices that actually address various needs in our bodies.  Less sugar and more turmeric is a great plan to alleviate discomfort of achy joints.
