For the first few years of my walk as a believer, I really shouldn't use the word walk, as my physical health was not very stable at all. I attempted the complementary approach to health. I was going to trust G-d, use herbs and supplements, and mainstream medicine, only in an emergency. Fortunately, my husband at the time was very supportive, even though he had amazing insurance coverage. It only took a couple of serious MS exacerbations to realize the flaw in my theology.
And Asa in the thirty and ninth year of his reign was diseased in his feet,
until his disease was exceeding great: yet in his disease he sought not to YHWH, but to the physicians. And Asa slept with his fathers, and died in the one and fortieth year of his
reign. II Chronicles 16:12-13
The account of King Asa brought serious light to the fact, our Creator doesn't have to work in tandem with any modern mainstream method. According to His Word, He did create herbs for our service and oils, but He can heal without those as well. For me to have trusted my "emergency condition" to the wisdom of man was outright rebellion. With my husband's great insurance plan, hospital coverage was amazing, the co-pay was $5.00 for a 90 day supply, while natural supplements and herbs, were of course, not covered at all. The first month of supplements was more expensive than our deductible and copay. The expense went down of course, but it was never less than the copay for pharmaceuticals.
Upon leaving mainstream medicine, once and for all, the initial cost of natural health seemed astronomical! In time, however; my body began to strengthen. I'm not healed of MS, but it's been over 12 years ago that I parked my wheelchair and nearly a decade since I began homesteading. What I also noticed, is the fact that I take fewer supplements and have less need of herbal remedies as my body has strengthened, the water I drink is untreated, and my diet is organic. Once I stopped putting chemicals into my body, my health improved. I have no idea what mainstream medicine would cost now, to compare.
Many folks are now even taking prescriptions to counteract side effects of other prescriptions, but still see the co-pay as more economical than paying the full price of natural remedies. It may be more economical for the pocketbook right now, but the price will be high over long term health. The health care industry isn't going to give up their cash cow, regardless of the danger to the people.
Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries . . .

The Herd
One of the saddest things about our so called progress is the herd mentality. We can call it "community" or we can call it compassion for others, but the reality is, the herd mentality has caused some very serious problems and created a dependency upon a very discompassionate system. For the most part, logic has been removed as we submit to the programming. I can tell you from personal experience, anyone who would dare think outside the box will be an outcast.
It's interesting to consider history for just a moment. Before our society dictated that we all needed to be programmed with the same information, immunized for everything in which a vaccine has been formulated, and established all sorts of "help agencies," humanity was still sustained. As a matter of fact, it was sustained with dignity! Before information programming, we actually had inventors, artists, and composers. Before immunizations, some people did die, and some people die from immunizations. The Baby Boomer generation is the first to be immunized . . . and the first generation to have a large percentage of disability long before retirement age.
The herd mentality is being used to diminish the herd.
Bill Gates seems to confirm the danger of vaccines

It's In the Water
The title of this article is an old saying that has covered everything from kids acting out to a high number of pregnancies, in a concurrent time frame. It's time to really consider just what is in the water.
http://www.globalhealingcenter.com/water/water-toxins
A couple of years ago, some cities did some testing to check for levels of pharmaceuticals in the water supply. Although pharmaceutical levels were found in many city's water supply, it was deemed to be "at safe levels." How can any level of pharmaceuticals prescribed and possibly passed through another individual, be found safe for general consumption?
The fish in the Great Lakes have been showing very serious symptoms and it is considered to be due to spillover from water treatment plants in the area.
It's also proven that anti-bacterial soap is causing mutation in bacteria resulting in Super-bugs!
Much bottled water is simply tap water in plastic. I'm posting an old article, because we know, the problem has only become magnified and the issues multiplied since it was written.

It's seriously time to take our water supply seriously!

AWARENESS
Media has been inundated with the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, which has caused a flood of comments from various perspectives. The first challenge to the challenge I read was from those against stem cell research. I jumped into that particular frey which produced a comment from someone who had taken the "challenge" and donated to a non-stem cell research program.
Next came the report that this act was some sort of satanic ritual, and stemmed from pagan roots. It does in some ways make me think of some sort of counterfeit or mock baptism . . .
Basically, just about everything going on in the world today is questionable. Sadly, much of the questionable is believed and embraced, while the truth is ignored and discounted. Since I already consider (pharmaceuticals) to be pagan, I didn't feel the need to go looking for satan in what's trending.
The challenge that came to me has to do with the point of raising awareness. ALS, formerly known as Lou Gehrig's disease is not contagious, there is no cure, and the cause is unknown. Now, if this was a communicable disease, awareness might help stop it, but it isn't. This awareness campaign is a business strategy to solicit funds, since Congress cut the funding. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/08/20/lawmakers-ice-bucket-challenge_n_5696290.html
Health care is the new arm of government control and guilt obligation, without calling it taxes. A fine for mandated health insurance is going into the coffers without calling it a tax. While Americans are struggling to make ends meet, working at jobs that qualify them for food stamps and medicaid, they are willingly being degraded with a bucket of water thrown on them, for a "good cause." The government has been throwing a bucket of water on us for years, while telling us it's raining . . .
One more challenge regarding this challenge. For those who are truly using ice water on their heads. Has there been any research on the potential impact of that shock to the nervous system?

Complementary Therapies?
Complementary therapies is basically using some natural modalities in combination with conventional mainstream medicine. Alternative therapies are, as the name implies, a therapeutic regimen that does not include conventional medicine, but offers unproven alternatives. As an alternative health practitioner, I use the term "unproven." Conventional therapies are tested for FDA approval and usually exclusive patents for the pharmaceutical corporation. In alternative health, most of the modalities are either service oriented, as in hands on therapy, or products found in nature which cannot be patented.
Basically, the concept of complementary therapies is a dichotomy that doesn't come together all that well in many cases. Natural remedies usually become alternative therapies because they address the problem from a different perspective than conventional mainstream medicine. The practical rule of thumb is this: Natural remedies aim to strengthen the body's own immune system to fight whatever the attacking illness or disease is, while conventional medicine is formulated to attack the symptoms and/or kill the problem, sort of bypassing the body in the process. It seems cancer and autoimmune diseases tend to be at the forefront of most of the complementary therapy controversy. I know a bit about both and I'd like to share it with you.
Many autoimmune diseases are not fatal but quite debilitating. I have MS and RA. Neither have a cure. Only symptom management therapies are available. Neither are fatal disease, but can be a real pain to deal with on some days. In both cases, my disease symptoms are not nearly as bad as many others experience. Having first hand knowledge of this, I can attest that complementary treatment did not work for me. One of the biggest issues in MS is weakness, and unfortunately one of the biggest side effects for many of the treatments in MS exacerbation, is weakness, so I found myself recovering twice . . .
As for pain management, I simply cannot stand the wooziness or fear of addiction that accompanies the long term use of most pain medication. The other issue with complementary therapies, is the fact that conventional mainstream medicine has the social approval and legal power that natural remedies lack in this culture. I've been completely out of any conventional mainstream medical treatment plan in nearly a decade and a half. I left conventional treatment the first year of this millenium, and never went back. I've sure learned a lot about more alternative remedies as well as the social stigma in a Christian nation, for believing our Creator heals.
Cancer is a horrible disease and as most of us are aware, it is often fatal. The information I will share regarding cancer treatment includes a external link, as well as comments from a few people with first hand knowledge of the disease. A friend of mine, a nurse who cared for her father through his battle with cancer, using a conventional treatment plan shared with me two things. First, she said, the chemo was poison and the hope was the poison would kill the cells in the tumor before it destroyed all the healthy cells. The second thing she said was in regard to the surgery. She said the surgery is great if it gets every single cell, but if even one cell is left, it can be like a dandelion in the wind, and metastasize quickly.
Another perspective I've gained recently is the spouse of a cancer patient. They are proceeding with all conventional recommendations and including alternative remedies, only for pain management. They also were told the same thing about surgery. The patient is using all prescribed treatment methods including chemo, but fear of the disease spreading prohibited surgery. The prognosis is not good, but they continue to be hopeful . . .
A third individual recently lost their battle with the the dreaded disease, and they struggled with treatment plans through the entire battle. They opted for surgery, but postponed chemo in an attempt to use an alternative treatment plan. Sadly, the surgeries did not remove every cell and the disease spread quickly after the last surgery. Complementary therapy, as described in the article linked below clearly views alternative therapies as substandard to conventional methods. Integrative medicine is on the rise, but again conventional medicine is the flagship. Integrative medicine, to me, is the way to get more alternative modalities on the radar and under the control of conventional mainstream medicine.
None of us can make the decision for another, but in studying complementary therapy, the very real possibility exists, that a combination of conventional medicine and natural modalities could actually prove counterproductive and contraindicated.
A complementary therapy means you can use it alongside your conventional medical treatment. It may help you to feel better and cope better with your cancer and treatment. It is important to discuss with your doctor any complementary therapy that you are thinking of using.

Raw vs, Pasteurized
Raw milk has practically been demonized in the press and many organic farmers have faced horrific legal expenses. I've been drinking raw milk for nearly a decade and I'm still alive to tell it. I'm also including recipes that call for raw milk, so I encourage you to do a bit research. I found the link below to be very informative.

Health Crisis
When I connect the dots, I don't like the picture. Of course, the label of Conspiracy Theory is readily handy. Last week, the President amended President Bush's Executive Order regarding the holding and quarantine of suspected illness, to include many more vague symptoms and nameless disease. Keep in mind with HIPAA laws, if a person is detained, unless they can call you, you can't call and make inquiry about them.
Next we have nothing but programmed information about this Ebola outbreak that America is choosing to import. The last link, I find troubling on many levels. One it's in the heartland, the biggest city for miles of farmland, and Ebola is an airborne contagion. The folks at the Omaha Biocontainment Patient Care Unit are honored to be ready for this and according to the report have been "preparing for this" since 2005 . . .

http://www.ketv.com/news/ebola-outbreak-nebraska-medical-center-ready-at-moments-notice/27273206#!buIOd7
When I connect the information in these three links, and there are many more, I have to wonder . . . Is this really Preparedness for a Health Crisis or a Health Crisis Plan coming to fruition?
My suggestion to everyone is to get right with Adonai and obedient to His Word, then do everything in your power to boost your immune system. I'm no doctor and I'm not practicing medicine. I don't have a license to practice! Research natural immunity boosters. Goshen Essentials has an Essential Oil blend, as does Young Living, and Do Terra, and there are recipes and formulas all over the net for Essential Oils that enhance the immune system.
A note of caution, do not plan to take echinacea more than three weeks in a stretch, so increase the vitamins, especially Vitamin C through diet, even supplements, and take note of where you go. Use good handwashing practice, and . . . keep in mind when you make an appointment at a health clinic, you don't know what everyone in the watiing room has. Same thing if visiting in the hospital. Wash your hands, carry hand sanitizer with you.

Something to Think About
In realizing, I can sound rather overbearing on the subject of health without pharmaceuticals, I thought I'd provide a link to a very interesting observation regarding a spiritual perspective of vaccines.

Why does any laboratory need a live virus of smallpox? Since plagues are prophesied in the end of days, we might as well face the fact that humanity is, in all likelihood, going to bring several on ourselves . . .

Polypharmacy
The moment I saw the word, I knew what it meant. Sadly the term was used in conjunction with the death of a man younger than forty. It's used in the same context as a disease. John Doe died of polypharmacy. As I read the full context of the report, he was taking prescribed medications as directed, as far as they can tell. The occurrence of incident is common enough to have it's own page at wikipedia. We have actually formulated a "diagnosis" for living overmedicated and/or dying from being overmedicated.

Hot
At my age in the Ozarks, I can't tell you if it's due to weather or hormones, but without a doubt, I'm "hot!" I've discovered a wonderful natural remedy! A couple of drops of peppermint oil rubbed into the back of my neck, just beneath my hair.
As Jerry Reed once sang, "When You're Hot, You're Hot!" Be ready with Peppermint Essential Oil.

Skeeter Season
As I am writing this and listening to the rain fall, I want to share a couple of things that will make summertime a bit more enjoyable with fewer mosquitoes in your life.
Make sure to empty any containers of standing water. Standing water is literally the breeding ground for mosquitoes.
Extra Vitamin B1 makes you less attractive to mosquitoes. I can't explain it, but it works.
Thyme oil diluted is a great tick and flea repellent for pets. Thyme oil is "hot" so it should not be applied neat, be sure to add it to a carrier oil.

Essential Oils
In my training, we were always instructed that essential oils were not to be ingested. I use them extensively in aromatherapy, reflexology, and massage therapy. These essential oils can be added to the bath or fill the home with fragrance in an oil diffuser lamp. Essential oils have been a part of my health care for years, but I've never used them in capsule form or added them to a beverage. The link below shares great insight for those who are wanting to know about Essential Oils.

Choice
We speak of "free will" and "choice" often; then behave as if we have no free will or choice about our health. We do have a choice about our health, but we have to make that choice, own that decision, and be responsible in our claim. If one believes YHWH is our healer, why would we choose pharmaceuticals? Do we really think He cannot keep us healthy? Do we really believe He does not take care of His own? Everything YHWH created, He called good!

The Farmacy
This photograph just speaks to me and resonates with my spirit!
We have the Instructions of our Creator and His Promise, by the stripes inflicted on His Son, and sealed by His Spirit. Everything we need for nutrition and sustenance was created for us and YHWH said it was good.

Homemade Formula
Thankfully, this ended well for the baby and the family. The full article is linked beneath the excerpt.
Even in matters of health, the doctor works for the parents or the patient, not the other way 'round. If this family is going to continue to seek traditional health care, I truly hope they can find a doctor worthy of their trust.

>>Without issuing any kind of public statement, DHHS simply sent Alorah a letter stating that their investigation had found no neglect and was being closed.
While I am ultimately pleased with this result, I am dismayed that it even came to this.
Alorah’s son Carson began thriving as soon as he was placed on this homemade formula.
Why would a doctor choose to report a parent to DHHS when there are no signs of neglect at all and the child is gaining weight and developing normally?
Why would the DHHS not immediately dismiss the allegations of neglect when they saw the homemade formula and received documentation of its nutrient content?
Why would the DHHS dismiss the opinions of 4 professional doctors at Eastern Maine Medical Center when they cleared baby Carson for release, deeming him healthy & fit, and instead overrule their professional assessment and mandate an expensive overnight hospital stay?
Why would the state even have a say in what Alorah was feeding her son, particularly when that son shows no signs of neglect or poor health? Isn’t that a gross violation of parental rights?
Alorah thought so. In her final statement on her ordeal, she said, “Food, education and medical choices are a parent’s alone to make. Let us not become people who sit back and allow government to make choices for our families.”

Bee Mindful
This year there are so many more people gardening, I wanted to offer just a few words of encouragement. There are many natural pesticides that do not harm bees. Between toxic pesticides, herbicides, and pollen from genetically altered plants, the bees are simply under attack! Although I haven't checked this for authenticity, Albert Einstein is credited with saying something to the effect, 'Without bees, within four years, there will be no food." As, I said, I'm not sure who said it, I didn't and I'm not claiming credit, but it rings of truth, obvious truth. I already know of farmers and land owners who "rent" bees to pollinate their fruit trees and vines. I also know of beekeepers who will not rent their bees within two miles of Big Ag row crops.
For all of us small time operations, diluted dish soap is a great deterrent for caterpillars and worms, and many hand made soaps are biodegradable. There are also various vegetables when planted near each other actually deter pests and marigolds make for a lovely garden edge while offending rabbits. Human hair around the garden deters many nibblers and cayenne pepper discourages the squirrels.
We encourage our readers to share natural solutions, gardening tips, and remedies.

A Better Health Care Coverage
The need for believers to cease dependence upon earthly health care, I believe is becoming urgent. I really don't think there's much more time to straddle the fence on this subject. Not only are the Revelation references frightening, but human nature without G-d, is not terribly merciful or compassionate. Health care in America is big business, big to the tune of nearly 400 billion per year, just in hospital costs. Most health care facilities are owned by private sector business, yet 62% are non-profit. Private sector business does not stay in business without a profit.
Time magazine and the Fortune 500 survey both confirm that the American pharmaceutical industry is and has been for years, the most profitable of all businesses in the US.
I've heard the argument for years that G-d has given all these health care providers and scientists the wisdom to provide all this care. "Wisdom is a gift from G-d!" Wisdom is listed as one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, but Scripture also says, what we have been freely given, we are to freely give . . . On the other hand, our Creator calls the wisdom of man, foolishness. Either way, Scripture does not support the concept of the biggest industry in the US. Over half of the bankruptcies filed, cite large medical expenses as the reason. Where's the compassion in healthcare?
Nurses are mentioned in Scripture, but those nurses worked for a specific family, basically their entire life. Nurses today, work for doctors and/or health care facilities, meaning they do not work for or answer to patients, they answer to the state that issued their license.
Israel was instructed to present themselves to the High Priest in matters of illness and physical issues. We still have a High Priest. We do profess He is our healer . . .
Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Y'hshuwah the Son of G-d, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews 4:14-16

Sorceries ~ Pharmakos
Did you realize in the Revelation, the term sorceries is translated from the Greek terms "pharmakeia" or "pharmakos?" Both of which obviously provide the root word for pharmaceuticals or pharmacy. Every entry pertaining to a form of the word pharmacy in Webster's Dictionary has it's origin in Greek. For those who believe we are living in the end of days, is it possible that our social and cultural dependence upon "sorcery" is also a prophesied warning recorded by John?

Field Tested
All the products formulated at the Land of Goshen are tested before they are advertised for sale. My friends and family have all enjoyed the slogan.
There have been a couple of products, however; tested on animals now that our product line has expanded. I didn't know how to test our pet product line without trying it on the critters. Hank and Babe seem to really appreciate the tick and flea repellent.
The other product is called Mouse Grouse. I love this stuff! Living off the beaten path has innumerable benefits, but there is a drawback regarding mice. Mice, like every other mammal seem to think it is their right to warm shelter and food. So, as autumn leaves begin to fall, they do their best to secure winter shelter, namely barns and houses when possible. I hate dealing with mouse traps, and I refuse to catch them live, to turn them loose in the timber and catch them again, when they return, so I did a bit of research.
There are herbal scents and essential oil aromas that mice find offensive. After this last winter, they are some of my favorite fragrances. By placing this formula by water pipe inlets, in closets, cupboards, and my laundry room, the indoor mouse population was nearly zero. Monthly diffusion was not adequate. I did do some testing, though and discovered, the scents and aroma faded after about 10 days, so once a week, on preparation day, as I cleaned, I replenished the Mouse Grouse dispenser. The fragrance is non toxic, mice just don't like it!
Mouse Grouse has been thoroughly field tested on field mice.
None of our products are tested on animals,
G-ma makes her family and friends try them!

Free Time May Be Hazardous to Your Health
Somewhere in my past I remember a saying or quote that went something like this:
"If you want something done, ask a busy person to do it. The more things you do, the more you can do."
I'm not one to enjoy free time, so fortunately I don't have much. I know people who can spend time doing absolutely nothing, and I simply cannot imagine that. It's been years since I watch television or even attempted to watch a movie because I fall asleep. Doing nothing seems to trigger my OFF switch. Don't get me wrong, here. I enjoy relaxing on my futon after a full day's work, and I enjoy awakening before dawn, knowing I don't have to get up for awhile longer, but that's all the free time I need. I do like being active enough that I fall asleep within moments after going to bed, and I sleep well.
I don't like to sleep late and I don't like to go to bed early, and I don't want to just sit. I do, however; rest on Shabbat. From sundown Friday evening until the following sunset, I do no work! I have enjoyed a good board game every now and again, with my Grandchildren, but they've mostly outgrown me now. The reason I'm sharing all this introspection of free time, is because I truly believe the amount of time we spend with our brain in neutral reflects in our accomplishments and our aging process.
I'm not promoting workaholism, although, I'm not really sure that's a bonafide term. I'm of the opinion, it was made up about the time society became sedentary, and those who had energy and wanted to keep busy, were labeled. Of course, the almighty dollar played into that for some as well, but reality is, people weren't created to do nothing, we created to tend . . . I looked up the word, tend: 1 take care of, 2 manage, 3 run.
My Dad is a very active man. At 75 years old, he was asked by a company that he contracted for, to oversee a rather large project. With that contracted position, he still cut all his firewood, and last I heard, his garden was planned, but he was doing some fence repair on one of his places, first. When he stops, he also, falls asleep. My mom, on the other hand, is not so active, and she's pretty comfortable with plenty of free time, but her physical health is not so great. They began dating when they were 15 and 17, so for all practical purposes, they've been together their entire life! Having been an observer of their entire adult life, I've been shocked at how dramatically different their aging process has been. It's certain inspired me to "keep moving!"
A good diet and standard exercise are not all it takes to stay healthy. One day of rest, the seventh, specifically is needed for a healthy spirit, mind, and body. Activity and accomplishments feel good, they are actually energizing. Too much free time, wears a body out!

Labeling
Better food means better health!
Big news for those of us who would prefer to know how many pesticides and bacteria are in our vegetables, over knowing how many sugars are in prepackaged junk food. Most Americans already know a 20 oz. soda is more than a single serving!
Prepackaged junk food speaks high calories and sugar! There is no nutritional value in prepackaged snacks and soda pop. What we'd like labeled is the chemicals added to what is nutritious food.
So now, with drought, reduced harvest, and fewer cattle to increase groceries, all new labeling is going to raise prices, as well.

Taking Responsibility Before Others Take Control
Health care in America is truly in critical condition, which in all likelihood could leave many of those who are dependent on the system, also in critical condition. Like Nancy Pelosi, I have not read the entire ACA book of law, but in the experts I have viewed, the wording is rather ominous. The true solution to affordable health care is in prevention. We really are spiritual beings with a body. Our Creator has placed in His Word, the spiritual significance of obedience in regard to our physical health.
The protection of our health lies in our relationship with our Creator, through His Son. There is a simple law of nature for each of us, though; and that is our bodies were not created to process or function on many of the things that have entered our food supply, and that's a problem. Spiritual truth must be applied with tangible application, which also includes proper diet and exercise.
Another simple fact about our health is the health care most of opt for is not health care at all, but rather symptom masking. The problem with symptom masking rather than actual health improvement is the problem frequently worsens. Granted there are some health conditions that are simply out of an individual's control, but many health issues could be managed by improved diet and increased exercise. As the ACA continues to reveal the many flaws contained in the plan, we are going to see more and more people suffer from this inept health system.
We simply cannot just blame Washington. Most Americans have been happy to take a pill, rather than responsibility. The change for personal proactive prevention is imperative, if we are to survive government managed health care.

Business and Advertising
Subway's claim to fame was a lean diet, weight loss and heart health. Can't help but wonder what group stands to gain from all this somewhat questionable, vaguely defined information? First sentence at Wikipedia confirms a definite connection: Doctor's Associates, Inc.

Achy Joints
This cold weather is serving to remind some of us of old injuries as well as the consequences of poor diet and exercise. Some very simple remedies from the kitchen. There are many spices that actually address various needs in our bodies. Less sugar and more turmeric is a great plan to alleviate discomfort of achy joints.

The Quick Fix Doesn't Fix Anything
I take ASPIRIN for the headache caused by the ZYRTEC I take for the hay fever I got from RELENZA for the uneasy stomach from the RITALIN I take for the short attention span caused by the SCOPODERM TTS I take for the motion sickness I got from the LOMOTIL I take for the diarrhea caused by the ZERIKAL for the uncontrolled weight gain from the PAXIL I take for the anxiety from the ZOPOR I take for my high cholesterol because EXERCISE, and A GOOD DIET,are too much trouble! Please note, I looked up these drugs, their uses and their side effects... it's not a perfect chain, but it makes a valid point. We live in a world where there is a pill for just about everything. We take poor care of our own body and seek some quick and easy fix when things go wrong. When we have a headache, we take an aspirin to dull the pain. If we have a cold, we take a cough syrup to lessen the cough and a decongestant to rid us of the stuffy head. When we have heartburn we take an antacid to reduce the pain and discomfort. We could take a different route.

The Need for Chemicals
The "need" for chemical medication is a manufactured one. Many chemical medications are actually copied from herbal properties. The reason is money and power, plain and simple. Nature cannot be patented, but chemicals can be. So, for a pharmaceutical company to "own" a product, it has to be made in their laboratory, a.k.a. synthetic. This of course, gives our bodies one more thing to "deal with." Our bodies weren't created to process synthetics. Many chemicals we ingest, are never processed through our bodies, so they remain stored, often in fat cells. Fat cells are a convenient way for the body to deal with something it was not created to deal with. Fat cells are not a primary cell of function and they expand.
Could it be, that our manufactured dependency of manufactured chemicals has created many more illnesses including the obesity problem plaguing our society?
