Yet Another Reason to Question

Why does any laboratory need a live virus of smallpox?  Since plagues are prophesied in the end of days, we might as well face the fact that humanity is, in all likelihood, going to bring several on ourselves . . .

Polypharmacy

The moment I saw the word, I knew what it meant.  Sadly the term was used in conjunction with the death of a man younger than forty.  It's used in the same context as a disease.  John Doe died of polypharmacy.   As I read the full context of the report, he was taking prescribed medications as directed, as far as they can tell.  The occurrence of incident is common enough to have it's own page at wikipedia. We have actually formulated a "diagnosis" for living overmedicated and/or dying from being overmedicated.
